The platform connects customers with restaurants and facilitates food ordering and delivery through independent delivery partners. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. acts as a technology-based intermediary that enables transactions between users and service providers. We do not directly prepare food or act as a restaurant, and our role is limited to providing a digital platform for convenience and service coordination.

2. User Eligibility To access and use Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. services, users must be at least 18 years of age or must use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and updated information at the time of registration and while using the platform. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may lead to suspension or permanent termination of the user account. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities conducted through their account.

3. Scope of Services Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. provides a range of services including food ordering, restaurant discovery, delivery facilitation, and customer support. The platform acts solely as a facilitator between users, restaurant partners, and delivery partners. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee the availability of all listed restaurants or menu items at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service, feature, or functionality without prior notice due to maintenance, upgrades, or business decisions.

4. Account Registration & Usage Users may be required to create an account to access certain features of the platform. During registration, users must provide valid contact details such as phone number and email address. Users agree not to create multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes or misuse. Any suspicious activity, including fake orders, misuse of promotional offers, or abnormal usage patterns, may result in account suspension. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to verify user information at any time.

5. Orders & Acceptance When a user places an order through the platform, it is forwarded to the selected restaurant for acceptance. The order is considered confirmed only after the restaurant accepts it and begins preparation. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee that all orders will be accepted, as acceptance depends on restaurant availability, operational capacity, and other factors. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except under specific conditions mentioned in the refund policy.

6. Pricing & Payments All prices displayed on the platform are determined by the respective restaurants and may be subject to change without prior notice. Additional charges such as delivery fees, packaging charges, platform fees, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Payments can be made through available online payment methods or cash on delivery where applicable. Users agree to pay the full amount at the time of order placement and authorize Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. to process the transaction.

7. Delivery Services Delivery services are carried out by independent delivery partners who are not employees of Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. Estimated delivery times provided on the platform are indicative and may vary due to factors such as traffic conditions, weather, restaurant preparation time, and unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. does not guarantee exact delivery times and shall not be held liable for delays beyond reasonable control.

8. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. Orders can only be cancelled before the restaurant begins preparation. Refunds are processed only in genuine cases such as non-delivery, incorrect order delivery, or payment-related issues. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to accept or reject refund requests based on internal review and supporting evidence.

9. User Conduct & Responsibilities Users agree to use the platform in a lawful and respectful manner. Any form of abuse, harassment, fraud, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Users must not engage in activities such as placing fake orders, misusing promotional offers, or behaving inappropriately with delivery partners or restaurant staff. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or permanent ban from the platform.

10. Restaurant & Food Responsibility All restaurants listed on Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. operate as independent entities and are solely responsible for food preparation, quality, hygiene, and packaging. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. does not control or supervise the cooking process and shall not be held liable for any issues related to food quality, taste, or health concerns. However, we may take necessary action against restaurants that repeatedly fail to meet quality standards.

11. Delivery Partner Responsibility Delivery partners are independent contractors responsible for order pickup and delivery. Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. does not employ riders directly and is not responsible for their individual actions beyond the scope of the platform. However, we may take strict action against delivery partners in case of misconduct, negligence, or violation of company policies.

12. Intellectual Property Rights All content available on the Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. platform, including logos, text, graphics, images, and software, is the property of Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability Angel Food Online Pvt. Ltd. acts only as an intermediary platform and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services. This includes but is not limited to issues related to food quality, delivery delays, order inaccuracies, or third-party actions. In any case, the maximum liability of Angel Food Online Pvt.
